	Grace Killelea currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast Spotlight and is based in New York City . Comcast Spotlight has 3200 employees nationwide and provides products and services to support advertising sales on cable networks. Spotlight is a billion dollar division of Comcast Cable. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resource expereince andd in addition is one of less than 1500 certified Birkman™ consultants in the United States. For the past 6 years, Grace has been emceeing swing dance events around the country. She brings a unique style of humor, passion and professionalism to each event. During the mid to late 1990’s Grace won many advanced Strictly Swing and Jack and Jill contests including at the US Open. She brings a tremendous energy and love of performing with her to each event. Currently completing a book and CD entitled If you can’t Hide It, Decorate It!© Grace believes that passion and joy aren’t defined by size or age.
